What to Expect

Visits begin at a distinctive termite-mound-styled ticket counter and animal-themed gates, leading into a roughly 1.8 km forest walk beneath a thick green canopy. It's peaceful and untouched — ideal for those who want quiet immersion in nature rather than adventure activities.

About 40 km from the city near Kuttiadi. Entry is around ₹40 per person. The approach road can be rough, going near the river isn't allowed, and it's a short walk rather than a packed itinerary — set expectations accordingly.
