Offenso Hackers Academy in Nadakavu, Calicut is hiring a cyber security trainer to teach penetration testing courses, run hands-on labs and mentor interns.
As a Cyber Security Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and education in the field of cyber security. You will play a vital role in shaping the skills and knowledge of students, professionals, and interns by providing engaging and informative sessions. In addition to teaching, you will actively contribute to curriculum development, research and development activities, and mentorship of interns. Your commitment to staying updated with the latest industry trends and continuous professional development will be crucial.
Responsibilities
Familiarise yourself with our courses and other international certification courses and be prepared to deliver course content effectively.
Conduct classes, workshops, and training sessions on cyber security topics during regular working hours.
Be flexible to teach night classes as per the requirements and schedule set by the academy.
Follow the assigned roles and responsibilities given by the management.
Contribute to the development of course contents and update the syllabus in line with the evolving cyber security landscape.
Stay actively involved in research and development activities, keeping up with emerging technologies, tools, and threats.
Deliver college sessions, corporate training, and workshops, ensuring effective knowledge transfer to diverse audiences.
Demonstrate a willingness to provide training, guidance and mentorship to new interns, helping them develop their skills in cyber security.
Proactively upgrade your skills and knowledge to meet the evolving requirements of the industry.
Qualification
Secondary education qualification.
1–3 years of experience in a relevant field.
Prior training experience is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Classroom handling and student engagement skills.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Freshers with great communication and knowledge will be considered.
Experience Required
Active Directory Penetration Testing.
Android Application Penetration Testing.
Practical experience in cybersecurity and penetration testing.
Ability to conduct hands-on lab sessions and guide students through real-world scenarios.
Strong communication and training skills.
Experience in delivering technical cybersecurity training.
Other Requirements
Language: Malayalam (required).
License/Certification: Cyber Security certificate (required).
