HiLITE Mall, part of the larger HiLITE City project, sits along National Highway 66 near the Palazhi/Thondayad bypass on the outskirts of Kozhikode. Opened in April 2015 with over 12.5 lakh sq ft of built-up area across four floors, it's one of the largest malls in Kerala and a complete day-out destination for shopping, dining and entertainment.

The mall houses 200+ domestic and international brands — anchors like Nesto Hypermarket, Lifestyle, Shoppers Stop, Max, Pantaloons and Home Centre alongside names such as Nike, Puma, Louis Philippe and Tommy Hilfiger. Its top-floor food court is one of India's largest, mixing global chains like McDonald's, KFC, Domino's and Starbucks with regional favourites.
Entertainment
Beyond retail, HiLITE offers the 8-screen Palaxi Cinemas multiplex (home to Kerala's first EPIQ large-format screen), the Snow Fantasy indoor snow park, gaming zones like Amoeba, a bowling alley, billiards and a large children's play area — making it a favourite family and weekend destination.
