LuLu Mall Kozhikode, part of the Abu Dhabi-based LuLu Group International, is the fourth Lulu mall in Kerala and opened in September 2024. Located on Mini Bypass Road in Mankavu near Mavoor Road — around 5 km from Cyber Park and the Government Medical College — it spans about 3.5 lakh sq ft across three floors, offering the group's signature clean, well-organized shopping experience.

The centerpiece is the expansive 1.5 lakh sq ft Lulu Hypermarket, stocking everything from groceries and fresh produce to premium imports, complemented by the Lulu Fashion Store and Lulu Connect for electronics. Over 30 national and international brands — including Tissot, Skechers, Levi's, US Polo, Louis Philippe and Allen Solly — round out the retail mix.
Dining & Family Facilities
A 400-seater food court houses 11 outlets such as KFC, Pizza Hut, Starbucks, Baskin Robbins, Flame'n'Go and the local favourite Paragon. Family-friendly touches include a children's gaming arena, nursing room and prayer area, plus parking for over 1,000 vehicles and self-checkout counters.
